 
Hello All and WELCOME!! My name is
Tammy Zitz and I am passionate about decorating.
As a Redesigner/Decorator I am dedicated to giving your home the fresh, new look that
you desire and deserve. My purpose is to create a space that
will inspire you. One you will look forward to coming home
to after a days work. After all, our home is our haven; a
place to relax and forget about the world for a while.
It should be as beautiful as we
are.
I have lived in “The Burg” all my
life and have been decorating for twenty years.
So much so that my husband finally told me to start a
business (I think he had an ulterior motive so I would leave
our house alone).
I have successfully worked in the
business world since 1983. Achieving goals each
step of the way. Working in businesses that required
touching the public and dealing with clients who have a
large variety of tastes, choices and needs. This has enabled
me to learn how to perform at the highest level.
My goal is to insure each and every
client is completely satisfied and thrilled about their new
space. I can do this on many levels thru the
various services offered. It shouldn’t cost everything (and
sometimes that’s exactly what it feels like) to create a
charming space. Long gone are the days of intimidating
designers with extremely high price tags. There’s a new
breed in town and we like to call ourselves One Day
Decorators! We are right-brained beings who can’t help
ourselves! The beauty of this is an art in itself (and a
little math…ugh!):
Real Estate Staging is also coming
to town with a BANG! In our fast paced,
ever-changing world the value and benefits of this service
far out-weigh the costs. Staging is the art and science of
making a home more inviting and appealing to potential
buyers. Statistics show the average buyer walks thru 12
homes over a 3 month period and a potential buyer’s first
impression occurs within 15 seconds of entering the home.

I am a member of
One Day
Decorating Alumni Association (ODDAA) and
The Society for Decorating
Professionals (SDP). I am constantly in touch with
kindred spirits and a firm believer in continued education.
I am also affiliated with builders and realtors in the
Fredericksburg area.
