ONE DAY MAKEOVERS
~ Combining the best of the best.
The entire motivation of one day decorating is
that it doesn’t have to cost a small fortune to achieve a
beautiful home. Geared to work with your budget in a time
effective manner. If you love your stuff, but desire a
fresh, new look to your existing space, this option is for
you. I transform your space to reflect who you are, what you
love and how you want your room to feel and function.
The fee for this service begins at $350.00 per room.
CONSULTATIONS
~ For all of you do-it-yourselfers
that just need a little helping hand.
The fee for this service begins at $75 per hour (1 Hr. minimum)
$100/hr. outside of Fredericksburg & Stafford
Consults take approximately 90 minutes.
PROFESSIONAL SHOPPING
~ An additional service offered in
addition to redesign or for someone who simply
needs assistance in finding the best deals on accessories
and/or furnishings.
The fee for this service is $50.00 an hour.
REAL ESTATE/HOME STAGING
~ It's
no longer an option, it's a necessity! A staged home
will sell in the shortest time at the highest price. This
service benefits both home owners (FSBO) and Real Estate
Agents. Industry statistics show the average time of sale
for a staged home is 13.9 days as opposed to 31 days for
non-staged homes. Staging makes the home memorable.
The fee for this service begins at $350.00 per room.
Consultation Fees vary: Standard Consult (includes detailed
report) $75/hr
($100 outside of Fredericksburg & Stafford)
Comprehensive Staging Report complete with pictures and
"action items" - $250.
